With the title „Doing Business in a Changing World“ the first Gravitas-„Fireplace Chat“ in Hungary, took place withDale A. Martin, Member of the National Competitiveness Council and CEO of Siemens Group in Hungary in the famous building of the Academy of Science in Budapest on September 24th.
After a welcome speech from Karoly Pataki, CEO of Gravitas, Mr. Martin delivered insight in topics like status of Hungary and Region CEE in the ranking of the World Bank Doing Business Index; Role and economical situation of corporates and SMEs in Hungary; economical-political environment as barrier resp. chance for improving competitiveness of companies and countries; etc.
Afterwards ministers of the last 4 government ans a selected group of CEOs and Experts of leading international corporations exchanged their views regarding the topics mentioned above.
